The Club at Cuscowilla
The Club at Cuscowilla (CAC) is pleased to announce a limited time offer of full membership for the low initiation fee of only $26,000 for the next nine new members to join in 2009. In addition, these nine new members will have the option to add a National Golf Membership for no additional fee!
The Club at Cuscowilla (CAC) is a private residence club that provides it members with all of the advantages of second home ownership for a fraction of the cost. Benefits include:
- Use of 6 three-bedroom lake villas (can be divided into 2br or 1br for your stay)
- Complimentary 'in residence' golf rounds
- Additional dining, tennis and swimming amenities
Normally, staying 3 full weeks or 6 full weekends in one of the CAC villas and playing golf each day would cost over $11,000. This special "add on" non-resident golf membership is available only to CAC Members. The National Golf Membership provides full golf privileges for those occasions that you are not in residence but still want to play golf. Additional monthly golf dues (currently $180) will apply.
