The Cuscowilla Conference Center was designed with flexibility in mind. There are a total of four rooms. These rooms can be opened, via a sliding partition, to create two larger rooms, with the largest capable of seating 120 guests.
The lobby is great for groups to mingle upon arrival or when taking breaks from their meetings. There are several café tables along with comfortable leather chairs to relax. In addition, the lobby walks out onto a rocking chair porch with views of the golf course and Lake Oconee. Wireless internet is throughout the building and projectors, screens, and easels are available.
Corporations use the conference center for a variety of purposes; anywhere from strategic planning to team building. Within walking distance is the Conference Center, accommodations, the Golf House Grill and the Waterside Restaurant. This way, the corporate guest can park their car upon arrival and not have to drive again until they are ready to depart.
Golf Cottages, Lake Villas or Lodge Villas
Fully equipped Golf Cottages and Lake Villas with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, are nestled around our golf course, or overlooking Lake Oconee. Golf cottages and lake villas offer a log fireplace, open kitchen with dining room and living area, large porch with all the comforts of home. Mediterranean style Lodge Villas offer studios with two queen size beds and a kitchenette; to suites with full kitchens and living areas. Perfect location for intimate meetings of up to 8 people in an informal setting.
