Residence Club at Cuscowilla


The Residence Club at Cuscowilla (RCAC) on beautiful Lake Oconee makes escaping to the lake life fun, easy and affordable. Members share ownership of five three-bedroom villas and enjoy golf memberships in this lakeside golf community.  The three lakefront villas feature large boat docks; the other two face the golf course just a short walk away.

  • Our simple points-based system allows owners 12-30 nights per year with the opportunity for additional stays through:
  • “Space Available” reservations that allow 7-day advance booking without using points
  • The option to purchase extra points for additional visits 
  • Join with $25K - $35K equity buy-in plus annual dues of $5000-6000
