New "Golf Village" Coming Soon

The new clubhouse facility will be based off of a “Golf Village” concept designed to leverage the property’s views of Lake Oconee. Once complete, the new Golf Village’s new features and amenities will include:


  • New bag drop and staging area
  • New turn adjacent to the 10th tee
  • New Golf Shop accessible from the parking lot and 10th tee
  • New Ladies’ locker room and lounge area
  • New Men’s locker room and lounge area
  • New hardscaped plaza area with gas fire pit
  • New pub style restaurant with a 25-person horseshoe bar, booth and community table seating, covered outside patio all of which are visible from the bar
  • New state of the art kitchen accessible to the pub, as well as to a private dining area for more intimate events and with direct access to the pool dining area
  • New pool bar and outdoor seating to provide pool service separated from the pub
  • New outdoor landscaped area between the pub and the lake to host tented events

The new cart path is underway and concrete is being laid. Brasfield & Gorrie has also started moving dirt down at the construction site. More work will get started once the ground dries up.

New Cart Path Work beginning

The cart path work has begun today! We are excited because this will begin to show the route that golfers will take from #9 green to the #10 tee box, with a quick pit stop at our new Turn Grill located in the Golf Village.

The Waterside demolition is complete.  Brasfield and Gorrie is expected to start the sitework, renovations to the new Pool Cabana, and a new cart path from the #10 tee to the practice putting green. We were out walking this area today for them to begin the cart path work,
