Open Positions
Pool Cabana Cook
The Pool Cabana Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food providing high-quality, delicious meals and snacks to members enjoying the pool. This role ensures a pleasant experience through excellent customer service, timely food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the cabana area. You will prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including light bites, grilled items, salads, sandwiches, and beverages, following standard recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food preparation. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels for ingredients and supplies; reporting to Executive Chef. Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs. You must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, even though it is an enclosed area. Cabana will be open Tuesday – Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm and shifts will be scheduled accordingly. Must be available to work Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July holiday and Labor Day Weekend.
Golf Shop Attendant
As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our members and guests. You will be responsible for assisting with daily operations in the golf shop, managing inventory, and providing top-notch customer service.
Restaurant Line Cook & Morning Prep
These positions are responsible for cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepares and portions food products prior to cooking. He/She will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing garnishes for all menu item plates. These positions are responsible for the daily preparation of food items in many areas of the kitchen. They are responsible for delivering products of the highest quality in order to create excellent member experiences and provide the highest levels of product and services.
Dishwasher
Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with basic kitchen tasks as needed. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow health and safety standards.
Golf Course Starter/Ranger
The Starters/Rangers are responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to members and their guests from the first tee to the 18th hole. These staff members must strive to create an excellent member experience and be able to work well in a high-volume area of the Club.
