Waterside Line Cook

The Line Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepares and portions food products prior to cooking. He/She will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. The line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry stations and other areas of the kitchen. They are responsible for delivering products of the highest quality in order to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services.

Buildings & Grounds Department

Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Construction, Buildings and Grounds Facilities Maintenance. ----Hourly positions based on experience and effort. Must be able to work long hours; must be able to stand, walk and stoop for long periods of time; have full body motion; able to lift, carry, push or pull 50 pounds or more. Jobs are outside so must be able to handle outdoor weather.

Waterside Waitstaff/Beverage Cart Staff

This full or part time job is to provide outstanding service to our members and guests ensuring a great dining experience encouraging return visits. Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service while fostering a “can do” attitude and encouraging team work within all departments. Additional requirements: ability to effectively communicate information including menu items and specials; basic math and assessment skills; must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time and carry service trays with dishes; must have excellent customer service skills; must be able to work some days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
